Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the systematic use of essential oils to improve physical and emotional well-being. Essential Oils are extracted from plants and possess distinctive therapeutic properties which can be used to improve health and prevent disease. This is an especially effective in helping with stress related problems which lead to physical tension and a number of chronic conditions.
