Beginner Pilates

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength. Key benefits of Pilates include a stronger, leaner body, improved posture and alignment and an increased awareness of the mind/body connection.

Pilates is an adaptable method of exercise and these modifications can make a workout safe and challenging for a person at any level; which is key to its beneficial success.

Our Classes

Classes are carried out in a small studio allowing manageable classes and personal attention and direction from our instructor. The environment is friendly and intimate allowing a positive group morale and successful teaching environment.

We have chosen to start with beginners classes so the principles and exercises of Pilates can be learnt correctly, ensuring maximum chances of improvement and personal achievement.

If you have any existing illnesses or injuries please always consult your doctor before undertaking any new exercise.

 

Classes start: Every Tuesday Evening

Time: 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Cost: £10 per class (Block book 6 classes for £55)
